Reg Lindsay Promotions took The Remembering Reg Show to East Cessnock Bowling Club on Father’s Day 2022. This club is where Reg Lindsay is “Standing Tall in Bronze “ It was the first Remembering Reg concert back since covid and all acts were very well received. The Horse Capitol Country Band made sure all artists were supported throughout the day. Bill Rowland heads up the band and he has written a lovely tribute song about Reg and performed it on the day. He has put it out as a single and sold out very quickly and going on how well it was received, he will be running off more in time for Tamworth. The big crowd enjoyed the songs by Louis Burt, Ross McGregor, and The Ranch Girls (Tracey & Sandy).
We head to Tamworth for our next Remembering Reg concert and are back showing at the Tamworth Jockey Club on Monday January 16th, 2023, starting at 1.30pm. We have The Horse Capital Country Band plus Louis Burt, The R & R Ranch Girls, The Crosby Sisters Ross McGregor and The Long and Short Of It Band with other surprise guests. There will be a lucky door prize, raffles, and whole bunch of fun. Each artist will have their own merchandise available as will “Team Reg” having Reg’s CD’s, DVD,T shirts, Setting The Pace Book plus more . Each artist will perform a selection of Reg’s hits and classics along with their own songs. There will be a full bar and café facilities all in an air-conditioned room.

This show is an excellent way to pay tribute to one of Australia’s biggest country stars and to hear his music performed live.
The Reg Lindsay Memory Barn has been hosting a variety of fans including the Liverpool Plains Harness Club with 31 sulky’s arriving from Spring Ridge for a trip down Memory Lane and a nice rest for lunch before heading back to Spring Ridge. All who make the trip to see Reg’s Memory Barn are very impressed with what is on display for all to enjoy reading about Reg and also seeing so much memorabilia that he and Ros have collected over the years.
