The Grand opening or first viewing was to be staged on Wednesday March 18th 2020 at 11am. Ros had planned for a great day and had invited special guests to join in for the first time for the doors to open to other than herself and family.
Ros’s sister Cheryl and her husband Chris along with great friend Bev were all there to help celebrate this wonderful Tribute to the Great Man .
Hon Barnaby Joyce MP was also coming along to do the honours and unveil a beautiful plaque, but due to covid19
virus the whole day had to be postponed to a new date. That date is undecided at this stage as we will have to wait for total lock downs to be lifted so we can all come along once The Barn is opened and enjoy taking a trip down memory lane with a grand display of Reg and Ros’s personal collections. Gold records adorn the walls and thousand’s of photos on file from the tv show days . Reg’s guitars, violins one of which was Reg’s Father’s instrument are all on display for all to see. There is so much memorabilia Ros had the Barn purpose built to house these wonderful treasures. We will keep you posted as to when public can access the property.
