Plans are well underway with next year’s Reg Lindsay Country Music Talent Quest at East Cessnock Bowling Club on Saturday March 9th from 10 am. Entry forms will be available from December 1st from the club or info@reglindsay.com.au or down load from website.
Sections include Junior 10yr & under M/F. 1st Trophy plus $50.00 2nd place $25.00 Youth M/F 11-16yrs 1st Trophy plus $50.00 2nd place $25.00 .Adult Male 17 yr & over . Adult Female 17yr & over. 1st place Trophy plus $100.00 2nd place $50.00 Duo Open ,Original Country song Open , 1st place Trophy plus $100.00 2nd place $50.00 Entry fee per section $5 .
A backing band will be available no backing tracks to be used. Great trophies for all section winners. Grand Finale prize
Trophy plus $250.00 All section winners will need to perform another song for their chance at the final prize.
This year’s Finale winner was Louis Burt from Newcastle. Louis will be making a guest appearance at the Remembering Reg Lindsay
Concert to be staged at the Family Hotel in Tamworth January 21st from 3pm.
Trinity Woodhouse was a winner at 2018 Talent Quest taking home 1st place in her age group plus Original Country song titled
Me and Sandy. Trinity will also be making a quest appearance at the Family hotel show Remembering Reg Lindsay January 21st.
